We found Braedon and his team at Transform Construction to be a very great team of professionals. When there were unexpected problems that popped up (old 70’s house) they were quick to let us know and advise on suitable solutions. When we had our own plan changes they were happy to oblige and work with us rather than throwing up roadblocks.
Our project consisted of putting in a new kitchen, putting a new internal stairway down to our basement, relocating our laundry into our basement and creating a new separate toilet. All this meant having different contractors coming into our house which Braedon project managed for us. On top of this, he also dealt with any required handling of the city council and documentation.
At the end of each days work the team at Transform Construction always made sure that they left our house clean, tidy and as close to liveable as possible. We were able to continue to live in our house while all this was going on.
I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone who has an upcoming project and he would be my first choice should I ever need to have a project like this done again.
